At Plaingoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable – note: we offer free shipping for all orders).

2. Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@plaingoods.shop. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN) if required.
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RAN (if provided) on the outside of the package.
4. Return shipping is free for all customers (Plaingoods covers all return shipping costs).

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care household items (e.g., cleaning products with broken seals, used kitchen utensils) may not be returnable. Contact us at info@plaingoods.shop for clarification on specific items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@plaingoods.shop with photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund at your discretion.
